Re...Pai cum saracia sa pui amoniu in loc de amidon! Reteta este foarte bine explicata si cred ca orice gospodina care a mai facut prajituri stie asta. Daca suntem inceptaori incepem intai cu un chec simplu,si tot asa, pana ajungem sa intelegem foarte bine ingredientele in primul rand, nu sa ajungem sa criticam alte retete cu explicatii din nestiinta noastra. Imi pare rau ca trebuie sa spun asta dar asta e adevarul! Toata lumea invatam cat traim si cred ca e ok sa mai gresim! Repet, reteta este foarte bine scrisa dar daca am intampinat o problema la executarea retetei de vina este lipsa de exercitiu, adica vina noastra. Amoniul e un aditiv de crestere cum e si praful de copt sau bicarbonatul de sodiu. Amoniul se foloseste indeosebi la prajituri cu foi pentru a le fragezi. Eu n-am folosit niciodata pentru ca nu suport mirosul. Amidonul poate fi inlocuit cu faina in aceasta crema. 1. Blatul se face foarte usor si se c...Concluzii: <br /><br />1. Blatul se face foarte usor si se coace repede. <br />2. Te rog sa modifici acolo la crema ca se amesteca toate ingredientele. Mai citeste o ametita ca mine si amesteca si frisca cum a facut subsemnata. :)) Am citit reteta, dar am citit-o in graba si am obiceiul sa citesc mai pe diagonala. :)) <br />3. Amidonul este acelasi lucru cu amoniu? Eu am gasit doar amoniu pt prajituri si miroase in casa ca la coafor. :)) Degeaba resuscitasem crema cu putina faina daca gustul e groaznic. :)) <br />4. Am aruncat crema si am pus glazura direct peste blat. E prima data cand topesc ciocolata la microunde. <br />5. La crema am pus fri...Asa de gospodina sunt .... :))<br />La crema am pus frisca cu toate odata si am fiert-o. =)) Nu stiam de ce se tot umfla si nu se ingroasa deloc. :)) <br />Am citit in graba ca se amesteca ingredientele si le-am pus pe toate ca sa fiu sigura.
